Thank you for supporting our small business. We wanted to give you a give update on our shipping lead times during this very busy season.

We've already been experiencing shipping delays due to COVID and we anticipate further delays with the holidays.

Currently, all Canadian orders are shipped using Canada Post and we use USPS for US orders.

Below are the cut-off times recommended by our shipping carriers if you want your parcel to arrive by Dec 24. Please bear in mind, we can never guarantee an exact date as things out of our control can still happen, but we'll do our very best!

 

Canada

Vancouver: Dec 2 (We can also help arrange local pickup up until the 22nd December)

Within BC: November 26 (Cut-off 2pm PST)

Everywhere else in Canada: Nov 23 (Cut-off 2pm PST)

 

USA

Dec 11

 

International

We have put a pause on international delivery for the time being as there have been too many delays due to COVID.
