Refund policy



EXCHANGES
If your order hasn't arrived in tip-top condition we will, of course, send you a replacement. We also guarantee your razor for the first year against any manufacturing defects so if anything isn't right, let us know and we'll make it right! Please email us with your order details to [email protected]


RETURNS
If you don't love your razor as much as we do within 60 days of purchase, simply return your razor to us and we will happily refund your money. Please note we can only refund the value of the original product, less the shipping costs (if applicable). Return shipping is at your expense to either Vancouver, Canada or Nevada, US (depending on your location) and we recommend tracked shipping to ensure a safe return to us.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on our shave oil, soap, or blades unless they are defective or damaged. Any returned razors will either be recycled or sterilized and donated to local shelters.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].
